ABOUT MATH

Mathematics is the science that deals with the logic of shape, quantity and arrangement. Math is in everything around us, so basically it is the building block of everything in our daily lives. Here, in Xawn Private Basic school, we want to make math as fun and interesting as possible. It is important to be active in class while teaching math, so in order to do that we have many mathematical games to engage students; those games will help them reach a particular goal and also increases their problem-solving skills. another important way to teach math is by using ‘Mental Math’ which is a group of skills that allow students to do math ‘in their head’ without using a pencil or a paper. Mental math can help students understand math concepts better and get to the answer faster. Basically, we try our best to make math a lesson where students feel comfortable and motivated.
